About
We are a robotics community preparing students for today’s workforce. We recognize the importance of STEM education in Adventist communities and schools. We know that youth involved in our programs learn much more than robotics. They learn marketing, time management, communication skills, and creative problem-solving in a fun and engaging way. Adventist Robotics was started in 2004 and operates FIRST™ robotics tournaments and STEM engagements across the United States for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
Adventist Robotics is sponsored by the Florida Conference Office of Education.

Adventist Robotics Cancelation Policy
The decision to reschedule or cancel an event is not undertaken lightly. The situations most likely to cause this include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Exceptional circumstances (including extended power outage, loss of heating/air conditioning, loss of water, fire, natural disasters, etc.)
- Significant illness that might involve the closing of a facility prior to an event.
Adventist Robotics and the event host will determine if there will be a delay, early dismissal, or cancellation of the event. Cancellation of the event will be announced in the emails sent to the team’s main and alternate contacts as designated in the team’s registration with FIRST and on the Adventist Robotics Facebook and Twitter pages. If a tournament is canceled, advancement slots will be decided by lottery. Registration fees will not be returned to the teams as they have already been used to purchase materials for the event.
